Sustainable and Liveable Cities (ASPIRE League Summer School)
APPLICATION CLOSED - 10 - 14 July, 2017. The ASPIRE Forum brings together vice presidents from its member universities. This year’s Student Workshop in Singapore will comprise a mix of academic talks and site visits, which will facilitate the students’ comprehension of the theme.

The Student Workshop will be organized at Nanyang Technological University.
The theme of this year’s Forum is “Sustainable and Liveable Cities”. This year’s Student Workshop will comprise a mix of academic talks and site visits, which will facilitate the students’ comprehension of the theme. Students will be divided into groups with each group having one student from each of the member universities. By working with their respective teammates, students will couple their knowledge with their new findings to do a presentation on topics* under the theme of “Sustainable and Liveable Cities”.

Students are encouraged to arrive on July 9 on NTU Campus, and check-outs will be July 15 before noon. Detailed travel information will be provided to them early June.

There are no participation or accommodation fees. Students from IDEA League member universities selected to participate in a summer school only have to pay for their own travel (and visa) costs.
Remark: For this particular summer school some of the member universities might reimburse some of the travel costs by a lump sum. Please ask your local IDEA League coordinator for details.
