Software Engineer - Innovative Lab Device for Diagnostics
Diaxxo is a start-up originated at ETH Zürich, where in the past years we have developed and prototyped an innovative Point-of-Care Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) device. Our vision is to bring the power of molecular diagnostics to every doctor’s office, thanks to our new pre-loaded PCR test kits that allow for simpler and faster sample preparation steps. Our systems are currently being used in several institutions in Europe and abroad.
We are looking to hire a talented and hardworking engineer to bring out technology to the market. You will be mainly responsible for firmware, backend and frontend development; additional tasks might include analyzing performance data, system troubleshooting and collaborating with other engineers in the realization of new devices.

- Background in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Programming languages (Python, C/C++, JavaScript, PHP) and experience with embedded systems
- Comfortable in working independently, passionate about a start-up environment, strong team player, flexibility in working in a high-speed work environment
