Drug Delivery Project at MIT / BWH
Drug delivery technologies allow targeted and long-term release of drugs that otherwise need repeated, complicated and invasive administration techniques. In the Langer and Traverso Laboratories at MIT and Brigham Women’s Research Hospital (BWH), we are developing novel polymer architectures and technologies that allow the improved treatment of a several diseases, for example in the space of cancer vaccines, long-acting depots against Malaria and HIV, or obesity.
