The candidate will get familiar with poro-mechanics modeling of porous media. In particular, with recent developed multiscale methods "upscaling/downscaling" and modeling of discrete fracture network in MOX-Polimi group.
The central point of the project will be:
- develop a AI architecture devoted to simulate fastly the fine scale/REV;
- learn by means of AI the upscaling/downloscaling map.
The project will benefit of cooperation and research knowledge;as well as on-site work with MOX-Geoscience group of Politecnico of Milano.
