Multispectral Optoacoustics of Superficial Temporal Artery
This project aims to develop algorithms to reconstruct and analyze multispectral optoacoustic images from superficial temporal artery.

You will work with experienced computer scientists and medical doctors to develop algorithms for analysis of superficial temporal artery images from multispectral optoacoustic tomography (MSOT) device that is located in University Hospital Zurich (USZ). The project covers all image processing pipeline from signal domain to final statistical analysis. You will be required to improve pre-processing algorithms in signal domain, image reconstruction algorithms to generate images and post-processing algorithms to analyze images.
