Your Tasks:
- Establish a novel experimental system.
- Use atomic force microscopy (AFM) with integrated microfluidics (FluidFM).
- Use advanced fluorescence microscopy techniques (TIRF, FRAP, CLSM).
- Create model membranes from lipids.
- Program code for experimental workflow and data analysis.
- Combine all these for biophysical measurements.
What you should bring:
- Motivation and independence
- Looking for a Bachelor, Master, semester project or internship
- No prior practical knowledge is required, all fields of studies are welcome
- Content and scope of the project can be adapted to your interests and requirements
