We aim at establishing a robust droplet-based microfluidic toolkit to enable new High-Throughput biochemical screens

Microfluidic droplets can be generated at very large throughput (up to tens of KHz) in microfluidic channels. But adding further functionalities to these microscopic compartments requires developing specific tools able to cope with their speed. From merging, sorting, splitting, incubation to detection, we aim at establishing a robust toolkit that would enable the use of these platforms for high-throughput biochemical screens.
