Research Associate
positions (100% E13 TV-L) for a period of three years. These positions are available for applicants pursuing their PhD or for postdoctoral research-ers.
We are looking for two motivated new members to join our interdisciplinary research project (in close collaboration with clinical and technical partners in Lübeck). The aim of the project is the reduction of X-ray exposure and contrast agent delivery during endovascular surgery. Your tasks would, among others, comprise:
• Electrical and optical navigation systems
• Holographic augmented reality visualization
• Robotic ultrasound imaging
• Force-Torque-Sensors
• Hard- and software development
• Surface tracking and registration
You should have completed your Master’s degree (or equivalent) in one of the following fields: computer sciences, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mathematics, medical engineering, and robotics. You also should have a strong background in programming. Experience in robotics or with sensor systems would be a plus.
