Piezoelectric nanomaterial for new biomedical applications
A brand new biomedical application that has been preliminarily proved by my experiments.
Keywords: Material Science, Biomedical Science, Micro-and Nanosystems
Piezocatalytic therapy (PCT) is desired in biomedical applications owing to its remarkable tissue penetrability, direct orientation, and capability to trigger in-situ ROS generation. However, the development of PCT is still in its infancy, and it has great potential for application in the biomedical fields. In this project, student will learn how to fabricate inorganic piezoelectric nanoparticles, explore and optimize the new biomedical applications of the developed nanoparticles with us.

Students should have:
Interest in micro-/ nanofabrication, material science, biomedical science, willingness to
work in an organized manner in a chemistry lab.
We need: Highly motivated and goal-oriented students.
