Digital health technologies, such as smartphones, smartwatches, and wearables, combined with AI/ML approaches, revolutionize healthcare and offer unprecedented potential for empowering individuals to monitor and assess health status at hand. Our research group in the Centre for Digital Health Interventions at ETH Zurich explores how digital biomarkers collected through everyday devices can deepen our understanding of health and the aging process. Ultimately, we aim to develop a scalable, convenient, and effective digital health solution to promote healthy aging.
